Special Guest this month Catherine Porter
Catherine Porter treated BMQ to an amazing display of her Ralli quilts from India. We were awe inspired by the pieced, appliqued and embroidered quilts, their stories and history.

This one is not a ralli but I included it for those who like a lot of bling. It is an embroidered Dharaniyo and used to cover the huge stack of quilts. The top is not stitched as that wont be seen once tucked over the quilts. Made by the Bhopa Rabari community from Saurashtra region of Gujarat circa 1970-1975.
Our Pop Up Shop was Heavenly Patchwork.
Very discounted prices on beautiful fabrics! They also donated the prize for our monthly raffle.
We welcomed new members and in our Show and Tell Ruth got the people who are participating in the Choose your own adventure to share what they were working on. More info on that in another Blog!
