WORKSHOP
Bring the joy of handmade to your home this Christmas with these beautiful Slow Stitched cottages.
Create one or two, or get truly adventurous and make a whole village!
During the workshop, Lisa will show you how to make your background, cut out the cottage shapes using templates then embellish them with beautiful stitching, applique and the addition of embellishments. You’ll learn how to personalise your Chritmas Cottage using your choice of designs from a wide range of samples to inspire you!

Your starter kit is the perfect starting point to get creating! Because our philosophy at Forage is to mix old with new, we also encourage you to rummage through your own collection of threads, fabrics and embellishments and bring along some bits and pieces which may have sentimental value.
Your Kit Will Include:
Printed pattern and templates (for large and small cottage sizes)
Mixed fabrics and linens for the cottage
A selection of vintage buttons & trim to embellish Access to our thread bar for the day
Chenille Needle
What Else You’ll Need:
Sewing scissors and pins - basic sewing kit
Some cushion or toy fill/wadding/stuffing to fill out your cottages
Any Christmassy bits and pieces you might have collected over the year
